Rules and Information

1 - You must get sorted BEFORE registering at the Owlery. When you register, be sure to use the name you were given when you were sorted. Other names will be deleted. Be sure to include your House initials.

2 - You can do any lesson, but you may only do each lesson once.

3 - No Flame wars. Moderators and Administrators will delete any offensive material immediately. The member responsible will be warned or banned depending on the infraction.

4 -  No copying of ANY site content in any way. That includes, games, lessons, RPGs, pictures, ideas, etc. If you like something ask me to possibly borrow it. No content theft will be tolerated. A lot of hard work is put into this site.

5 - No senseless and meaningless posts on the Owlery just to boost your post count. They will be deleted.

6 - This is an all ages forum. Keep that in mind when posting. Any posting of foul, crude or abusive language will result in immediate deletion and you will be banned. This also applies to abusive or inappropriate behavior towards any other member.

7 - Be sure your posts are on the appropriate forum. For example, do not post a link to your site on the general board when it belongs on the links forum. Posts on the wrong forums will be deleted.

Forum Avatars

To use a avatar first go to your profile. From there scroll down until you see the avatar section at the bottom. Click the 'Show Gallery' button. At the top you can select different galleries from the drop-down menu. Select the picture of your choice. Please do not select a picture you know someone else is currently using. Then click the 'select avatar' button. Then click the 'submit' button and your avatar should be visible on all posts now. If you have any questions just ask.

Please do not frequently change avatars. It gets annoying. Also people begin to associate the picture with the person and look for the picture.

If you have a special picture you would like to use on the forums for your avatar feel free to e-mail it to me at Headmaster@hawkeye1215.com I will resize it and convert it to an acceptable format if needed. I will then uploaded it and inform you it is ready for use.
