She yawns and stretches her arms then gets out of bed. She straightens her hair and puts her robes on she looks up at the time and gasps. She has 11 minutes til class. She grabs her books and rushes down the stairs and grabs her toast she has finished it about halfway to class. She knows she can make it if she doesn't run into....  then she sees him Draco. He smiles at her and speaks, "Well, well, well Jill (short for Jillian) I didn't think I'd run into you here." She sighs, "right Draco, since this is the only way to potions and you have the same class as me and do this everyday you wouldn't happen to know after all this time that I walk this way." Draco smirks, "you know every time you back sass me. Which mind you no one has had the guts enough to do that. I just like you more and more." " O get a life Draco and get out of the way because I don't want to be late for potions-- again because of you." "why not? I mean its not like Snape is gonna give his favorite student detention for being late is it." he smirks. She thinks in her head that he is right you had known Snape since you were 4 and he was almost like a dad to you. He had given you birthday presents and he only smiled at you and of course Draco. She then glares at Draco and tries to walk past him but he, Crabbe, and Goyle walk up so they block the entrance to the steps of Snape's dungeon. "Draco move, yes you were right but I'd prefer to get a seat in the class where it doesn't involve sitting next to you and your henchmen." Draco smirks and speaks in a baby voice. "oh but it makes Snape so happy to see that we get along. And you do want to make snapey wapey happ don't you." She sends the biggest glare she knows at him. "MOVE DRACO!" Draco smirks "only if you will be my valentine today." he holds out a rose to Jill. she had forgotten all about valentines day. she sighs and tries moving past him once again but he blocks her. She sighs again "fine Draco but only because I want to get to class." he smirks "alright then I know you have deep feelings for me inside of you. But since you accepted a gift to you from me." she has already taken the rose and looks up at him questionably. He opens a small box with a heart shaped necklace made completely out of gold with rubies in the heart. It is the most beautiful thing you have ever seen and her eyes have gave her away. Draco smirks "so you do like it don't you." she can barely speak then gets a grip "Draco I can't take this it is... (she turned it around and it has and inscription for it is not just a necklace but a locket the back says to Jill love Draco and she opens it up inside and it has a picture of her and Draco that was taken at the dance last year on the other side a picture of her parents on their wedding day with Dumbledore her grandpa hugging both. she had had this picture by her bed at all times) Draco o thank you so much." she hugs him and blushes once she knows what she has done. she feels bad that she didn't get Draco something and he seems to know. " you can pay me back if you go to Hogsmeade with me as a date." she sighs then nods her head and turns to walk to class. this was all so sudden that Draco has to run to catch up to her  he barely manages the word "great" before they get to class. just in time to. Of course she had to sit next to Draco who happened to be smiling all that class time. Snape somehow seemed to know what had happened and smiled at the both. Potions went by too fast. it happened to be her favorite subject. but as soon as it ended and everyone had left. she went up to Snape and gave him a book on DADA.  the newest one in the series he had been reading. he gave her a diary that had blue fur around it when she tried to open it she couldn't. Snape smiled "use the locket Draco gave to you to open it." so she opened her locket but it in a slot turned it and it opened. there inside the diary was full... of her mothers handwriting. it had been her mothers diary. she smiled at Snape she didn't hug him they had never hugged each other they had just been close. she didn't have to say anything he had already known and moved his arm towards the door and she walked out it. it was free time now so she rushed up to her grandpa's office. soon as she got to his gargoyle and said the words lemon sherbet she had been half way up the stairs and then opened the door and yelled "happy valentines day gramps." Dumbledore smiled at her. they talked about the day and then she gave Dumbledore the biggest box of botts beans ever. he smiled and gave her the biggest box of chocolate with a picture of him and her on her 2nd birthday. she smiled and hugged him and left to go to class.
